It's Not Fair

Have you ever wanted something so bad? Wished for it with all your heart. Waited for something to come along for so long but it never came? And just when you thought it was your time someone up and took your chance? Now you wonder why God chose to leave you with nothing and someone else has the thing you once wanted. It seems unfair and you don't understand why something like this would happen.

This life is not fair. This life is hard. This life doesn't always make sense...but you know what does? God. God has a purpose for your life. Even though things seem so unfair right now in your life and you wonder why God hasn't answered your prayer- know that He has answered it. It may not be the answer you were looking for, but it is made with your best intentions in mind. God has a plan for your life. Maybe you can fulfill something more spectacular with the place God put you instead of the place you wanted to be. We don't always understand God's plan. The things we once thought were important will never truly seem as important when we reach heaven. The things we once searched and longed for will seem so meaningless when we see God face to face. Keep trusting in Him. Know He has a plan for what you are going through. He has placed you right where you need to be. He doesn't want to harm you- it is for your best.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

  1. Love this post =) So so true.

    I have a designing question: how do you get the little decorative dot things by your post title? I've been trying to figure out how to get something like it on my blog. Is it a code or something? Could you please tell me how I could get it on my blog?!?

    1. Hey Brittney, Thanks for your comment! Oh, I use a code and put them in the Add CSS part in the blogger design template. Hope that helps, just let me know if you have any other questions!!!

      .post-title:before,
      .post-title:after {
      content: url(PUT IMAGE URL HERE);
      }
