You Have Purpose

God has called us each to accomplish something great with our lives. He has given us talents that no one else could possess. He has given us abilities and a purpose just for us. Nobody can separate us from God's love for us. If you feel like nobody understands your situation or cares about what you are going through know God sees all that you are going through and He is always that friend there that is willing to listen and understand.

Sometimes it feels like nobody is always there for you. Always there to help you through the hard times. Always there to give you a word of encouragement. Always there to help you through. The hard thing to accept is that there is nobody here on earth that will ALWAYS be there for you. Always there to listen to you. Always there to understand. None of us can always be there. But even though we feel like others constantly fail us and let us down- we can rest assured that God will never fail us. He will never, ever leave us. He is always there for us. Always.

I can honestly say that many of life's circumstances and trials that I have gone through I could not have done on my own. Embarking on this new season of my life was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. And I can honestly say - I knew if I didn't have God I would not have taken the first step to this new journey. I know that I would not have the courage and strength on my own to overcome this season and I knew if God wasn't here with me I would not have made the choice to take the first step since I knew I could not do it on my own.

It is hard to "take the first step" and leave the rest to God. But I believe that is what true trust is. Especially when we are so focused and dependent on the future. It is hard to give God complete control of your life and know that He is the only one in control after we've done all we can do. I believe that God will bless us for trusting in Him in the hard times and He is proud of us for fighting and trusting when we are down in the darkest valleys of life.

So today, remember that God is there for you - He's never going to leave you when everyone else does. He will lead you where He wants you to go if you are willing to trust Him and give your future to Him. Take the first step of faith and leave the rest to God. Ask Him to guide you and help you face the future.

Jeremiah 17:7

But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence.

Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.
