Sometimes Bible verses and encouragement from friends doesn't help with the situations you are going through. Sometimes it takes more than just words and talking to help ease your pain. Even though relying and talking with friends and receiving their encouragement is good, sometimes it doesn't help us with what we are dealing with. You still wake up to the same problems, burdens, pain and sorrow. Sometimes there just are no actions or spoken words that can help you.
It is here in our helplessness and brokenness that we seek God. We can look to Him with all of our broken pieces of a shattered life. Even though God has been there all along to help us, we see Him as our Healer and Provider. You may not feel relief from the pain of your circumstances, but He will be your strength until you reach the end of the trial.
You may feel like God is trying to hurt you with what you are going through, but He's growing and shaping you. Don't let Satan deceive you, don't let him bring you down. God's got great plans for you. You have great potential. Look for the good in your situations, there is meaning to what you are going through. Nothing is overlooked or accidental. Use this time in your life to draw nearer to God and grow closer to Him than ever before. Seek Him with your life, decisions and circumstances. It is when we are following God we know that we can rest assured we are being led in the right direction.
Life may be hard right now. It may feel like nothing will ease what you are feeling. It may feel like the pain will never cease and there is only darkness as far as you can see, but you will get through. Seek God and ask for His guidance. There may not be immediate solutions to your circumstances, but God's got a plan and you will be rewarded for your faith, perseverance and determination. In the end it will all be made right. Life may seem unfair right now, but we've got a fair Judge who is in control and He sees every detail of your life. Ask God to help you overcome the struggles you may be facing, He's the one person who can always help you no matter what you may be experiencing or feeling. He understands you and is waiting to listen.

DeleteThis is so encouraging! I think sometimes we want pain to be taken away immediately, but I love how you said this:
ReplyDelete" You may not feel relief from the pain of your circumstances, but He will be your strength until you reach the end of the trial."
I love the reminder though, that even though there might still be pain, God has said He will never leave us, and He will give us comfort!
Thanks Lauren for your comment! I'm glad you could find encouragement from the post :) Thanks for dropping by!
DeleteLovely post, a lot of us need to read this post & remember that God it's always with us. Pray God not for getting out of your life the problems but the strength to overcome it by his side.
