What Defines Me

What defines me is not what people often see.

What defines me is not how I dress or what I wear

What defines me is often hidden beneath my quiet exterior

What defines me is not my talents, but how I use them
What defines me is not who I'm related to, but the impact they have had on my life

What defines me is not the time I spend with God, but the closeness I feel to Him

What defines me is not how spiritual I look, but my real relationship with God

What defines me is not my age, but the experience behind my physical appearance

What defines me is not my grades in school but the effort and work I put into my work

What defines me is not where I live, but the way I use my home to touch others

What defines me is not the mistakes I've made, but how I've used them to learn and grow

What defines me is not the amount of friends I have, but the way I treat the ones I do have
 

What defines me is my character

What defines me is the way I talk about others

What defines me is my attitude and outlook

What defines me is what I'm doing right now

What defines me is the music I listen to

What defines me is the experiences I have gone through and the things they taught me

What defines me is the way I reacted to the trials in my life

What defines me is how I treat others 

What defines me is not how I view myself, but how God sees me

What defines me is the way God views my life and loves every part of me. 

We cannot be defined by one thing entirely, or even a few- but we all can know that we are known entirely by God and loved by Him completely!
